Consequently, these products cannot be guaranteed against the elements of nature, such as damage resulting from water ingress, excessive moisture, high humidity, wind, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Termite or pest infestations originate from problems with the installation site, such as the subfloor, walls or surrounding building structures. Because this is a site-specific condition rather than a flaw in the material, termite damage does not constitute a product defect and is not covered under our warranty. We strongly recommend ensuring your site is professionally treated before installation.
